Organizational Change requires an understanding of where your corporate culture stands and what are the barriers to evolution. The elements required to improve corporate culture are related to the psychology of group dynamics. The Corporate Culture Evolution Evaluation (CCEE), is designed to identify the stages (or combination of elements) in your corporate culture. The more people from your organization that take the CCEE, the more accurate your corporate culture assessment will be.

Interpreting your results
Your results will show the elements of your corporate culture that reflect your organizations evolution – the stage your organizational culture is at. The tallest bar will indicate your primary evolutionary stage. The other bars will indicate other elements that your corporate culture contains. To best identify how you can evolve to the next level, look at the other elements as indicators of direction. For example, if you have a “Live and Let Live” culture but also have a lot of “Blame Culture” elements, these are what are preventing you from evolving to the next level. If on the other hand you have greater elements in the “Brand Congruent” Culture, then you are on your way but still need to overcome some of the distractions of the less evolved elements.
